Work in an environment that values diversity and inclusion. ### **General Information** Country Brazil State/Region Ceará City Cascavel Team Grids and Innovation Seniority Specialist (2\-4 years of experience) Job Type Permanent Hire Type Full\-Time Work Regimen On\-site Posting Date 23\-Jul\-2026 Expiration Date 30\-Jul\-2026 Company Companhia Energética Do Ceará \- Coelce ### **Description and Requirements** **Position:** Senior Electrician **Description and Requirements** **Who you will work with:** You will join the **O\&M Works Metropolitana–Insourcing Ceará** team. **What you will do:** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Performing live-line services on MT/BT systems, emergency MT/BT responses, and commercial services to maintain electricity supply at pre\-established levels; * Performing live-line services on MT/BT systems, emergency MT/BT responses, and commercial services, such as: replacing pin or disc insulators on conductors of 95mm², 4/0 AWG/CAA, or 266 AWG/CCA, where equipment capacities withstand the working load; * Replacing sectionalizing switches or fuses, opening or closing jumpers on any structure; * Replacing fuse switches or disconnecting switches using special by\-pass tools, attaching medium-voltage conductors—provided tensioning is performed on another structure; * Replacing surge arresters, replacing triangular spacers and loops in compact networks; * Installing spacers on medium-voltage networks with conductors; * Replacing connections, replacing bindings, replacing live-line clamps, replacing pre\-formed loops; * Installing and removing covers, assisting in conductor transposition over medium-voltage networks, replacing fuse links for protection coordination; * Performing installation or replacement of structures on medium-voltage networks; * Performing live-line tree pruning and cutting activities. **What we expect from you:** **Mandatory Academic Qualifications** Completed high school education.
