Ensuring compliance with labor legislation **JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (HR / WORK SCHEDULE CONTROL)** **Role Summary:** The Administrative Assistant will support Human Resources Department routines, primarily focusing on employee work schedule control, ensuring accurate timekeeping, compliance with labor legislation, and supporting other administrative activities within the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and verify work schedules (manual, electronic, or digital timekeeping); * Calculate overtime hours, late arrivals, absences, additional payments, and time banks; * Manage and archive timekeeping records and related documents; * Receive, verify, and register medical certificates and absence justifications; * Support monthly payroll timekeeping closure; * Provide support to employees and managers regarding questions about work schedules and time registration; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; * Assist with general Human Resources Department routines (hiring, termination, vacations, and record keeping); * Maintain organization and confidentiality of departmental information. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention and sense of responsibility; * Organization and discipline; * Good communication skills; * Ability to meet deadlines; * Ethical conduct and professional confidentiality. **Employment Type:** CLT (or as per company policy) Job Type: Internship, Apprenticeship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: starting from R$900.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
