Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing office supplies, organizing files, preparing daily and monthly reports, analyzing credential requests, and performing other related activities for the Traffic Department. Key Highlights: 1. Office supplies management and file organization 2. Preparation of reports and data analysis 3. Execution of support activities for the Traffic Department MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage, request, and distribute office supplies for departmental use, and occasionally replenish internal cash registers with change or supplies as needed; * Organize and maintain the department’s document archives; * Prepare daily reports containing various information about the department; * Prepare and submit specific monthly reports to the Parking Administrator; * Daily report to all shopping center departments the number of vehicles from the previous day, with statistical comparisons to prior months and years; * Receive credential requests, analyze each case, and produce corresponding access cards; * Perform other tasks consistently related to the Traffic Department. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed High School education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
