Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating administrative teams in production or logistics departments.
* Solid knowledge of inventory management, material flow control, and administrative processes.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and report generation.
* Negotiation skills and contract management expertise.
* Strong commitment to environmental regulations (NR-12, NR-35, NR-18) and sustainability.
Desirable:
* Experience in the scrap and waste trading sector or in reverse logistics companies.
* Knowledge of management systems such as SAP or Totvs.
* Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt.
* Project management skills (PMP, Prince2).
* Technical English fluency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Reduce operational costs by up to 15% within the first year.
* Increase inventory control efficiency by 20%, reducing losses and obsolescence.
* Ensure environmental compliance, achieving 100% pass rate in external audits.
