Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products in our warehouses. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Pick and allocate received goods onto shelves or designated areas: Receive, verify, and organize products in the warehouse according to the company's organizational system, ensuring easy access and order. **Load and unload goods:** Responsible for loading and unloading products, handling goods carefully to prevent damage and following safety procedures. **Requires physical stamina.** **Pack goods for transportation:** Properly pack goods for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and techniques to ensure protection during transit. **Perform and maintain warehouse or shipping area cleanliness and organization:** Keep the workplace clean and organized by performing regular cleaning tasks and organizing the warehouse to maximize efficiency and minimize accident risks. **Desired Competencies:** **Attention to detail:** Carefully observe product specifications and check for possible flaws or minor defects to ensure accurate sorting according to quality standards. **Proactivity:** Anticipate needs—such as replenishing packaging supplies or adjusting warehouse organization—to keep operations running smoothly without interruption. **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and harmoniously. 48 hours per week \- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays: 4 hours in the morning or afternoon; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.701,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
