If you seek hands-on field learning opportunities, schedule tracking, quality control, and construction management experience, join our team! **[RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES]** * Monitor on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with the project's quality standards; * Apply inspection checklists and control construction phase progress; * Conduct material usage surveys and verify on-site inventory; * Assist in monitoring material consumption and identifying waste; * Track the physical construction schedule and record activity progress; * Support supervision of services performed by third-party teams, verifying compliance with design documents and specifications; * Prepare photographic reports and non-conformance records; * Assist in measuring completed works and organizing technical project documentation; * Provide support to the site engineer and construction coordinator in planning and executing daily activities. **[REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS]** * Currently enrolled in **Civil Engineering** or **Production Engineering** (from the 5th semester onward); * Must be over 18 years of age; * Proactive, strong communication skills, organized, and eager to learn through practice; * Availability for on-site work in Horizonte/CE. **[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / BENEFITS]** * **Contract Type:** Internship * **Stipend:** R$ 1.200,00 / month * **Transportation Allowance:** R$ 500,00 / month * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 (6 hours per day) * **Work Location:** Terra Nobre Housing Development (Gameleira) – Horizonte/CE * **Company:** Zor Construção e Incorporação Ltda * **Location:** Horizonte, CE * **Employment Type:** Internship / Part-time * **Salary:** R$ 1.200,00 per month (+ R$ 500,00 transportation allowance) Payment: R$1.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
