Job Summary: The professional will oversee and coordinate HR activities, conduct trainings, prepare training schedules, visit clients, and conduct exit interviews. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor turnover indicators and provide psychological counseling Recruitment and Selection Oversee and coordinate HR activities. Conduct various trainings: behavioral, leadership, personal image; Prepare behavioral training schedules; participate in client onboarding; Visit clients to identify contract profiles and specific job requirements; Visit clients (to identify training needs); Conduct exit interviews; monitor turnover indicators; Provide psychological listening sessions; Hire and monitor the development of apprentices; Track HR goals; Conduct onboarding for new employees; **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology * Proficiency in computer applications * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role Benefits Salary R$ 3\.300,00 VA R$ 27,00 50% Health Insurance (Hapvida) 50% Dental Insurance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
