Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards * Ensure bar organization and cleanliness * Monitor inventory of supplies and utensils * Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations Requirements: * Prior experience as a bartender or in similar roles * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Agility and organizational skills * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in busy bars or restaurants Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
