Collaborative and inclusive work environment Main Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, from candidate attraction to onboarding of new employees. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's culture and strategic objectives. * Coordinate employee training, development, and upskilling programs to continuously enhance team capabilities. * Coordinate/Manage/Propose benefits. * Administer conflicts, mediate interpersonal issues, and implement practices to improve organizational climate and employee satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in HR coordination or management (minimum 2\-3 years). * Team management and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools and electronic spreadsheets. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
