Leadership support in conflict resolution Job Description: Human Resources Analyst **Requirements** * Experience in implementing an HR department and structuring internal processes; * Ability to organize and standardize HR administrative and operational processes; * Experience in organizational climate management, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives; * Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection routines, organizational development, labor legislation, and basic payroll administration; * Ability to support leadership in conflict resolution and internal alignment; * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; **Responsibilities** * Directly implement and structure the Human Resources department, developing people management policies, processes, controls, and related documentation; * Execute recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to new employee onboarding; * Support and manage onboarding, offboarding, vacation, time tracking, and benefits administration in coordination with the accounting department; * Monitor employee performance and support development and evaluation initiatives; * Design and implement organizational climate, internal culture, and employee communication initiatives; * Support leaders in conflict resolution, alignment discussions, and team management routines; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. **Desired Skills and Competencies** * Organization, planning, and strategic vision; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Discretion, ethics, and accountability; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles and hierarchical levels; * Proactivity, initiative, and capability to build processes “from scratch”; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR information systems.
