Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional to support data platforms and reporting solutions. This role focuses on SQL-based troubleshooting, data analysis, and operational support, working collaboratively with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure data quality, availability, and reliability. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Providing technical support for data-related issues in SQL Server environments and Azure-based data pipelines; * Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL / T\-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures; * Monitoring and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments (data integrity, performance, and availability); * Supporting and resolving issues in data pipelines and integrations on Azure Data Factory (ADF); * Performing data analysis and validation to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or data quality issues; * Supporting incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and documentation; * Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to fulfill reporting and analytics requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Skills:** * Solid knowledge of SQL and T\-SQL; * Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server; * Basic to intermediate experience with Azure Data Factory; * Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases; * Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in production or production-like environments; * Advanced / fluent English; * Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation; * Good communication skills, especially for explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences; * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests; * Curious, proactive profile with willingness to learn. **Nice-to-have:** * Python knowledge for scripting, automation, or data analysis; * Basic understanding of data science (statistics, data exploration, simple models); * Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines; * Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools; * Knowledge of Power Apps will be considered a plus. **Working Hours** * 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Remote. **NOTE:** Hey!
