Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in merchandise replenishment on shelves, racks, and replenishers; product organization; expiry date and quality verification; price and label checking; stock control (reporting shortages and overstocks); assisting in receiving, verification, and storage; supporting inventories/stock counts; customer service; and department organization. Requirements and Qualifications * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a stock replenisher or in similar warehouse roles. * Basic knowledge of **retail ERP systems** (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Linx). * Ability to **handle light loads** and operate a forklift (certification optional). * Commitment to **hygiene and food safety standards**. * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Desirable * Prior experience in a **food distribution company** or large-scale supermarket. * Knowledge of **HACCP** and good storage practices. * Proficiency in **maintaining digital records**, and using tablets or mobile devices. * Availability for **night shifts** and **weekends**. Responsibilities and Duties * Achieve **15% reduction in stock losses** within the first year. * Increase **inventory accuracy to 99.5%**. * Improve **replenishment efficiency**, reducing service time by **20%**. * Contribute to **food safety**, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Deliver direct impact on **customer experience**, reducing out-of-stock incidents.
