This professional will directly manage the service team, ensuring a high-standard experience for customers from reception through service completion. The Maître plays a critical role in operations, coordinating dining room flow, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to house standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the dining room team (waiters, busboys, hostesses); * Ensure excellence in customer service; * Organize service flow and table allocation; * Monitor operations during service hours; * Train and develop the team; * Resolve customer requests and complaints; * Ensure compliance with quality and service standards; * Support opening and closing procedures; * Collaborate with kitchen and management for optimal operational performance. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Maître or in restaurant leadership; * Team management skills; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability, sense of urgency, and operational awareness; * Knowledge of service standards and dining room routines; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-end restaurants; * Education in gastronomy or hospitality; * Wine knowledge (sommelier certification is a plus).
