**Workplace:** Messejana/CE **Working Hours:** Business hours – Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control; Knowledge of equipment criticality analysis and asset management. Experience using performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability). Proficiency in methodologies such as TPM, RCM, or Lean Maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Define and develop the production plan based on demand and production capacity. Create schedules to ensure efficient production execution. Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels. Conduct demand forecasting and adjust inventory levels as needed. Evaluate production efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Use KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure productivity and process effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments—such as sales, procurement, and logistics—to align production operations with market needs. Facilitate interdepartmental communication to resolve issues and optimize processes. Generate reports on production performance, cost analyses, and efficiency assessments. Present data to maintenance management for decision-making purposes. Utilize production planning and control software to optimize processes. Implement methodologies such as Just-in-Time, Kanban, or MRP to improve efficiency. Train teams on new production practices and PCM tools. Monitor and evaluate team performance in executing production plans. Participate in or lead projects focused on continuous improvement of production processes. Perform additional duties relevant to the department as requested by immediate leadership.
