Responsibilities: Prepare construction budgets (parametric / initial and final executive); Develop cost compositions by analyzing variables, material input costs, and labor costs; Operate construction control and planning software, with emphasis on system data entry and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and productivity indicators; Conduct periodic productivity assessments on construction sites; Qualifications: Completed technical course in building construction or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Experience in budgeting and planning for civil construction; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows; Familiarity with the Informakon system; Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; ISO 9001 / PBQPH internal auditor certification is desirable; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
