Teamwork and development through experience Main Responsibilities: * **Preparation:** Assist in preparing mortar and concrete, construction sites, and soil. * **Material Transportation:** Load, unload, and transport blocks, cement, sand, bricks, and other tools. * **Direct Assistance:** Provide tools and materials to masons, carpenters, or electricians upon request. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the workplace clean and organized by removing debris and waste. * **Demolition and Maintenance:** Assist in demolition tasks, such as removing cladding, flooring, and masonry. * **Equipment Handling:** Operate simple equipment and assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding. Skills and Requirements: * **Physical Stamina:** The profession requires good physical fitness and stamina to handle heavy tasks. * **Physical Ability:** Capability to perform intensive physical tasks, such as carrying heavy materials. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively with the team, understanding and executing the mason's instructions. * **Knowledge:** Although less formal technical training is required compared to a mason, learning through experience is essential for advancement.
