You will join one of the squads responsible for Paytrack’s corporate travel journey. Our teams build and evolve solutions that connect every step of the corporate travel process—from request submission through reservations, policies, payments, supplier integrations, financial back-office systems, and tools used by Paytrack Agency and partner agencies—ensuring efficiency and a fully integrated experience across clients, suppliers, and operations. We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people—so we warmly welcome you and your uniqueness. **Our tech stack includes:** * Monitoring: Grafana, Kibana, Sentry * Automation: Cypress, RestAssured **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Participating from the discovery phase through delivery, ensuring quality remains prioritized at every stage; * Attending refinement and planning sessions to identify risks and anticipate potential quality issues; * Planning and executing test strategies (functional, exploratory, API, performance, security); * Monitoring applications in production, tracking key metrics, and evaluating releases post-deployment; * Managing the bug backlog, proposing strategies to reduce incidents and improve delivery stability; * Collaborating with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables; * Leading discussions on customer-perceived quality, analyzing incident metrics, questions, and feedback; * Participating in ceremonies such as dailies, retrospectives, reviews, and technical alignment meetings. ✔️ **What do you need to know?** * Experience with manual testing and familiarity with test automation (Cypress, RestAssured); * Knowledge of API (REST), exploratory, and functional testing; * Ability to analyze and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and testability; * Experience with SQL for data validation and manipulation in databases; * Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Sentry); * Experience fostering a quality mindset across the team—from ideation through post-delivery. ✔️ **What could set you apart?** * Experience in test automation; * Experience with performance and security testing; * Understanding of product quality strategies beyond the squad level (cross-team perspective); * Ability to assess quality metrics, incidents, and feedback to propose continuous improvements.
