




**Main Activities** * Support the control, organization, and filing of physical and digital documents; * Assist in data entry and updates in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Provide support for administrative routines related to accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and logistics as needed; * Support the preparation of reports and presentations; * Assist in telephone, in-person, and email customer service by directing requests; * Support scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing meeting rooms; * Contribute to improvements in administrative processes by proposing simple and effective solutions. * Assist the sales department **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and willing to learn; * Familiarity with administrative routines is desirable.
