Support the buyer in procurement planning and replenishment. Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and potential stockouts. Prepare reports and indicators (turnover, coverage, ABC curve, supplier performance). Verify and track purchase orders placed by the buyer (status, deadlines, and deliveries). Support organization of product mix per store/region. Maintain updated product and supplier records in the system. Interact with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to align operational activities.
