Sanitize work surfaces, utensils, refrigerators, and maintain order in the environment before, during, and after food preparation. Assist in receiving goods, proper storage, and verifying food expiration dates and storage conditions. Strictly comply with health surveillance regulations regarding good practices and food handling. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Helper may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
