Job Summary: This role involves assisting in daily food preparation, kitchen and equipment cleaning, and dish plating, all in accordance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in food and beverage preparation and finishing 2. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and functionality 3. Preventing waste and ensuring plating standards 1\. Assist the chef or steward in daily mise-en-place (pre-preparation) before service opening; 2\. Assist in preparing and finishing all kitchen and pantry items (dishes, desserts, juices, salads, appetizers, breads, etc.); 3\. Sort, season, and prepare food according to the Dish Technical Sheet, assisting the chef or steward as needed; 4\. Clean dishes, pots, and utensils; 5\. Clean kitchen and pantry walls, floors, and equipment; 6\. Use physical infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment following proper handling practices to ensure full functionality; 7\. Carry out routines for waste and loss prevention; 8\. Assist in plating dishes for delivery or customer orders placed by phone, ensuring compliance with Grupo Social Clube standards; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance
