Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in kitchen activities, ensuring sector organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Will be responsible for food preparation and organization 2. Responsible for workplace hygiene and cleaning 3. Assist with various kitchen tasks and order preparation **Minimum Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Must reside in Fortaleza/CE; * Prior experience in this position and its responsibilities is required. **Responsibilities:** * Remove vegetables from the cold storage room; * Wash, cut vegetables, and prepare vinaigrette; * Label vinaigrette containers; * Clean the work area (sink counter, dishwashing machine, floor, grease trap, and drain); * Clean and wash sector trash bins; * Scour pots and saucepans; * Wash restaurant tableware according to customer flow; * Assist with order packing (bagging and packaging orders); * Assist at the fryer when necessary; * Assist with merchandise organization; * General cleaning (cold room cabinet, walls, sinks, ceiling, drains, sink pipe, shelves, trash bins, equipment, floor). **Available Work Schedules:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday \- 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM; * **Days Off:** One day off per week (6x1\) and one weekend off per month (4x1\). **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company; corporate health plan with no co-payment; dental plan; SESC partnership; TotalPass; 100% free telemedicine and telepsychology services.
