Inventory control and organization of merchandise Send your resume via WhatsApp: 85 99149\-5907 or email: selecao@supermercadoguara.com.br Ensure compliance with Supermercado Guará's established operational standards regarding procedures for supply, storage, cleaning, and organization of refrigerated and frozen products, focusing on expiration date and quality control to optimize product assortment display in sales areas, thereby enhancing the company's market competitiveness, customer loyalty, and service excellence; Prepare the deli handling room (turn on the slicing machine and display case lights), verifying labels on sliced deli items and in-house production to ensure proper department operation, as well as removing any items with critical or expired dates; Inspect islands, refrigerators, and cold rooms to verify temperature and full equipment functionality, identifying potential Celsius adjustments and maintenance needs; additionally, report requirements for restocking, organizing, and cleaning island lids and refrigerator doors; Generate inventory reports for refrigerated and frozen merchandise via the system to identify discrepancies ("dirty inventory") between system records and physical stock, enabling store management to implement corrective actions; Monitor and verify expiration dates on labels of handled and opened refrigerated merchandise, deli trays, and in-house prepared chopped items, checking both internal and external expiration dates to ensure compliance with food safety sanitation standards; Collaborate with the deli department team to organize and clean all received products according to established preservation and storage standards, ensuring timely restocking of islands and refrigerators based on sales turnover demand; Monitor cleaning of the deli preparation room (twice daily: first at 1 p.m., second at end of operations without impacting customer service), deli counter and display cases (biweekly), and cold and frozen corridors and rooms as needed, to maintain sanitation, hygiene, and prevent pest infestations; Manage damage control in coordination with the accounting department and store management to identify which merchandise, quantity, and reason caused commercial loss.
