As a member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring financial results, analyzing performance indicators, supporting budget planning, and proposing improvements to control processes—contributing to business efficiency and sustainability. Key Deliverables * Budget monitoring reports (**Forecast vs. Actual**); * Analysis of variances in **revenues, costs, and expenses**, including root cause identification and recommendations; * Preparation of **compliance reports** and internal process audits; * Development of **dashboards for financial performance indicators and results**; * Identification of **financial risks** and definition of action plans to mitigate failures; * Support in consolidating the **Income Statement (DRE) and Cash Flow Statement (DFC)** of Rede Uniforça; * Conducting **periodic audits** of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury processes.
