Handle general mail and small packages sent to condominium residents by receiving and delivering them to the intended recipients to prevent loss or other undesirable incidents; Turn lights on and off in common areas of the condominium according to scheduled times or specific needs (when a patrol staff is present, may be assisted by this person); Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (gym, playroom, party room, etc). Record events and incidents occurring during the shift. Identify violations specified in the internal regulations, such as improperly parked vehicles or misuse of equipment and facilities. Contact service providers and companies for repairs, maintenance, or emergencies (gates, elevators, and related systems) in the absence of the manager or under their guidance. Provide in-person service (from the guard booth) or virtual service (phone, intercom, and/or mobile phone), prioritizing individuals located outside the condominium.
