Job Summary: Professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems, as well as general repairs throughout the hotel. Hotel seeks a Building Conservation Assistant in Ponta Grossa. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hotel’s electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems. Carry out repairs on furniture, equipment, and structural elements within the hotel. Perform painting and conservation of walls, floors, and ceilings. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas in the hotel. Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and other electrical components. Replace faucets, showerheads, and other hydraulic fixtures. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities. Assist with minor renovations and construction projects within the hotel. Ensure facility safety and preservation. Previous experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant, Cleaning Assistant, General Services Assistant, or Conservation Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
