More than supporting operations, this role will actively contribute to end-to-end product development—from ideation through performance monitoring and daily operational oversight. In partnership with various business areas, you will directly contribute to product evolution, operational excellence, and the experience of both internal and external customers. ### **You Will:** * Build, evolve, and maintain data pipelines, supporting the structuring of the data function; * Organize and deliver data reliably to meet both internal demands and external customer needs. * Maintain and develop the microservice architecture responsible for data generation and processing. * Develop dashboards and analytical views to support decision-making across key business areas. * Perform transaction reconciliation routines, ensuring data consistency, traceability, and reliability. * Analyze metrics and data generated by internal systems, transforming information into actionable business insights. * Monitor product performance using KPIs and recurring analyses, contributing to the evolution of company solutions. ### **What You Must Have:** * Experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer focused on data solutions. * Experience with data orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect). * Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MongoDB). * Hands-on experience building APIs, microservices, and integrating systems. * Experience with code versioning tools (Git) and CI/CD practices. * Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). ### **What Increases Your Chances:** * Knowledge of **Python** and sound software engineering practices. * Experience in technology companies or fintechs. * Knowledge of observability and pipeline monitoring tools. * Familiarity with data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh, Lakehouse). **What We Offer:**At Stark Bank, we invest in your success and believe in a workplace where you can thrive.
