Draft technical audit opinions, classifying risks. **We are seeking a Logical Network Audit Specialist (Telecom)** The professional will be responsible for **auditing, validating, and certifying the telecommunications infrastructure**, ensuring that the network’s logical configuration complies with information provided via QA processes and official documentation. They will act as a technical reference for identifying discrepancies between the actual environment and reported data, ensuring governance of routing, IP addressing, and logical security in multi\-vendor environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Audit network routing and architecture (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), verifying hierarchy and integration of edge and core equipment. * Evaluate IPv4/IPv6 addressing plans, identifying prefix overlaps or underutilization of address blocks. * Collect and analyze performance metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss) toward content servers such as Google, Netflix, and Cloudflare. * Review and audit logical security filters, anti\-spoofing mechanisms, and DDoS mitigation policies. * Assess operational maturity of NOC tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana), verifying data collection reliability and quality. * Compare QA responses against actual network configurations to identify gaps and inconsistencies. * Audit access control lists (ACLs) and firewall policies, ensuring only authorized traffic is permitted. * Evaluate network plant equipment for obsolescence, compatibility, scalability, and technical quality. * Validate legacy technologies (radio, coaxial, licensed radio) and propose migration to optical fiber where necessary. * Draft **technical audit opinions**, classifying risks as Low, Medium, or Critical. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, Computer Science**, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in dynamic routing protocols, with emphasis on **BGP, OSPF, and MPLS**. * Experience in technical auditing, data validation, or IT/Network systems governance. * Analytical ability to correlate information from spreadsheets, logs, and CLI outputs. * Desired certifications: **CCNP Enterprise/Service Provider, JNCIP, CISA**, or equivalents. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * **Professional skepticism**: question evidence and refrain from accepting information without technical verification. * **Attention to detail**: extreme rigor in analyzing technical parameters and documentation. * **Assertive communication**: report nonconformities ethically, objectively, and factually.
