Job Summary: The Panco Group is seeking a proactive, communicative, and analytical Investment Project Analyst to manage the entire project lifecycle—from information gathering through monitoring and closure. Responsibilities: * Collect necessary and required information for each project; * Request and consolidate budgets for inclusion in proposals; * Develop investment proposals, integrating financial schedules, execution timelines, and project details; * Request registration of new components and/or equipment when required for projects; * Manage documentation and reporting for projects; * Develop and lead strategic plans for project phases (Kick\-off\-Meeting), jointly with the factory manager and involved departments; * Monitor project deadlines, objectives, and communications; * Meet established targets for project closure; * Interact with involved departments including: Procurement, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Corporate Project Management, Corporate Industrial Affairs, Finance, Project Committee, Industrial PCP, Factory Maintenance, Production, Civil Engineering, etc.; * Monitor operations via scheduling and managerial reports, conducting periodic meetings with teams involved in projects; * Propose and implement project adjustments as needed—including timeline revisions, cost updates—and submit them for approval by the factory manager, Industrial Directorate, Project Committee, and Company Board; * Hold regular meetings with the Factory Manager and Corporate Project Management to update project status; * Identify risks and potential obstacles to plan execution, proposing improvements and corrections to ensure successful implementation and on-time delivery; * Develop KPIs tracking investment proposal progress; * Systematically report the (RAP) Project Monitoring Report; * Notify and communicate project closure upon completion. Academic Qualifications: Mechanical/Production Engineering or Business Administration Extracurricular course: Excel SAP system knowledge Where will you work? * Work location: Panco Head Office, Rua Municipal, No. 1539 \- Vila Ré \- São Paulo/SP. Work arrangement: 100% on-site. * Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 What do we offer?
