




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electro-electronic systems during on-site customer visits, with an emphasis on training. Training and guidance for customers' technicians ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Provide technical support for installed systems during on-site customer visits. * Perform tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and technical support processes at customer sites. * Diagnose errors or technical issues; identify possible causes; correct and/or document proposed solutions. * Train and guide customers' technicians on proper usage and maintenance of installed telematics system components. * Install, inspect, and activate electro-electronic security systems by assembling and connecting wired and wireless equipment, adjusting their electrical and logical parameters, performing tests, and correcting faults. ***Requirements:*** * Technical or higher education degree in Electro-Electronics, Automotive Electrician, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Experience in Service and Technical Support areas, including hands-on fieldwork experience. * Knowledge/experience using multimeter scales. * Knowledge/experience interpreting automotive electrical schematics (voltage and power supply). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ***NOTE:*** Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel occasionally for work.
