This is a critical role in ensuring safety and order across our facilities. The Front Desk Inspector will be responsible for supervising and managing daily front desk operations, safeguarding the physical integrity and security of spaces and people. You will be responsible for receiving and directing visitors, controlling building access, and ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed. Additionally, you must maintain an accurate record of all entries and exits, as well as manage access authorizations for employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and communication skills are essential for this position. You must remain constantly alert and ready to identify and report any suspicious or irregular activity. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with other security teams and implementing preventive measures to ensure a safe and tranquil environment. Prior experience in front desk management or similar roles is highly valued. Knowledge of security procedures and relevant legislation is essential. The ideal candidate must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently, in addition to possessing excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
