Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers We are seeking a professional to work as a Systems Support Assistant, providing basic technical support to users (internal employees). **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person and remote technical support to users; * Install, configure, and update internal software and tools; * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Support access control, user creation, and permission management; * Monitor support tickets and ensure resolution within agreed timelines; * Support the IT team in administrative and operational routines. **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical course in computer science, networking, or related fields; * Experience providing user support and opening/monitoring support tickets; * Basic knowledge of software installation and configuration on Windows operating systems; * Familiarity with networking, printers, and basic computer maintenance; * Basic understanding of networking (IP, Wi\-Fi, printers, shared resources, etc.); * Experience with Desk Manager system is a plus; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
