Main responsibilities include: front desk service, monitoring of people and vehicle entry and exit, logging incidents when necessary, and ensuring compliance with condominium/company regulations. **Requirements:** * Completion of a course in porter/security/access control or proven experience in this role. * Responsible, attentive, and possessing good communication skills. * Availability to work night shifts.
