**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive mechanical technician to ensure maximum availability and reliability of our machines and equipment. You will be responsible for assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and structural systems, ensuring machines operate with maximum precision and mechanical efficiency. Diagnose failures, perform repairs, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; \- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures, and perform precision adjustments; \- Disassemble, assemble, adjust, and test mechanical components; \- Work during scheduled shutdowns of industrial machines, following established procedures; \- Provide on-site technical support, assisting in clarifying doubts and resolving problems; \- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve service quality; \- Failure analysis using FMEA and DMAIC methods; \- Basic PLC programming (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley); \- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; \- Operation of CNC tools and machining equipment; \- Technical communication in reports and presentations; \- Adhere to safety standards (PPE) and maintain workplace organization; **Requirements:** Technical education in industrial mechanics or related fields; Proven experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment; Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and mechanical manuals; Experience in the pulp and paper industry; Knowledge of maintenance of scrapers, rollers, or similar industrial equipment; Ability to diagnose and quickly resolve problems; Willingness to travel and work on-site; Employment Type: CLT Benefits: Transportation allowance, Basic food basket Salary Range: R$3\.675,00 per month Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
