Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Procurement Analyst to manage the supply of a broad portfolio of items, ensuring smooth merchandise flow and inventory efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier management and negotiation of delivery timelines, prices, and payment terms. 2. Monitoring of inventory levels and use of ABC Curve and Turnover reports. 3. Purchase operations based on system recommendations and planning. We seek a results-oriented Procurement Analyst to manage the supply of a broad portfolio of items. The role involves direct work within the Sankhya ERP system, leveraging established KPIs to ensure merchandise flow and inventory efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations: Process purchase orders based on system recommendations and planning guidelines; Supplier Management: Negotiate delivery timelines, prices, and payment terms to consistently achieve optimal cost\-benefit ratios; Follow\-up: Track delivery flow from purchase order issuance through warehouse\/store receipt; Inventory Alignment: Monitor stockout and overstock levels using the company-provided ABC Curve and Turnover reports; Processes: Strictly adhere to the Procurement Manual and ensure Sankhya data remains consistently updated; Profile: Strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for deadline follow-up. Technical Requirements: Experience in procurement or supply chain (retail or e\-commerce experience is a plus); Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the Sankhya system; Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); Desired Profile: Extreme organizational skills (essential for handling high-volume item portfolios); Resilient profile with strong negotiation capabilities.
