Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Media Analyst plays a crucial role in building and executing media strategies, acting as the link between strategic planning and the practical implementation of campaigns. Their role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the success of media initiatives. By actively participating in the development of tactical and strategic plans, they collaborate with the team to design strategies aligned with client objectives. Additionally, they play a key role in defining each campaign’s strategy—including audience targeting and segmentation—providing supervisors and managers with insights and suggestions to enhance performance and maximize results. Operationally, they coordinate team activities and execute the entire advertising space procurement process across media channels (TV and digital), as well as campaign launch, ensuring efficiency at every stage. They also implement campaigns and monitor daily performance, ensuring achievement of established KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed. They identify errors in media placement or insertion and arrange appropriate compensation—verifying available options for compensation based on TRPs, client budget, and audience level. Furthermore, they work closely with other teams involved in the process, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
