Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Designer I to create creative and brand-identity-aligned visual solutions, working on dynamic and innovative projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the planning and development of campaigns We are looking for a Junior Designer I to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work within an innovative and dynamic organization, contributing to the creation of creative visual solutions aligned with our brand identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development and execution of advertising and organic content for social media; * Support in creating visual identities for campaigns and/or company products; * Participation in the planning and development of campaigns, branding initiatives, promotional activities, etc.; * Creation of color palettes and visual communication assets for audiovisual materials; * Layout design for websites and landing pages; * Managing multiple projects simultaneously while guiding art assistants; * Liaising with graphic industry suppliers to develop budgets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat are essential); * Experience in final artwork preparation and file packaging for online and offline environments; * Familiarity with Google Drive tools (Docs and Presentations); * Experience using Canva; * Knowledge of layout techniques and best practices; * Understanding of print and graphic production materials; * Awareness of visual strategy for social media; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Design, or related fields; * Basic understanding of motion design; * Familiarity with design references and broad creative repertoire; * Creative, proactive, and above all, kind personality ;) **Additional Information** * Meal voucher (VR); * Transportation voucher (VT); (6% deduction) * Health insurance; (50% subsidy of the basic plan’s total cost, based on age bracket) * Dental insurance; * SESC membership benefits; * Birthday day off; * Totalpass; * Partnerships with universities and hotel chains A Forma Turismo is the largest student travel company in Latin America, having sent thousands of students on unforgettable graduation trips since 1997.
