Project development and employee training **Job Description** Plan and carry out activities required to obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 certifications, implement continuous improvement processes, develop and deploy projects, and train employees to ensure established quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and coordinate internal and external audits covering environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System; * Develop, review, control, implement environmental, health, safety, and quality standards and procedures, as well as those of the Integrated Management System, managing the respective database; * Develop and monitor action plans; * Conduct and control identification of aspects and impacts; * Conduct and control identification of hazards and risks; * Identify and analyze compliance with legal requirements, managing the database; * Perform and support process mapping; * Conduct communications, training sessions, and lectures on environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System; * Control, review, archive, and record procedures, documents, and forms; * Conduct internal inspections and audits covering environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System; * Identify and support identification of risks and opportunities; * Implement, control, and support change management; * Manage databases for Corrective Action Management; * Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Integrated Management System; * Support operational and support departments in developing procedures and other IMS-related activities; * Visit and meet with operational and support departments to provide IMS support and consultancy. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor's degree; Desirable: Internal IMS Auditor Training (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001); 5S Program; Microsoft Office / Google Suite; Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
