In-depth knowledge of municipal, state, and federal legislation is essential, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure project compliance. * Communication and Leadership Skills: We expect a dynamic and proactive professional with excellent communication skills, capable of dynamically communicating with the entire team and interacting with various regulatory agencies. The Coordinator will lead and guide the team to deliver projects. * Availability and Flexibility: It is important that the analyst be available to conduct site visits and travel as required, and able to adapt to each project’s demands while consistently pursuing excellence in results. Requirements: **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the team of analysts and oversee licensing processes for developments and renovations, focusing on medium- and large-scale projects. * Develop and regularize projects, ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation. * Conduct site visits and travel as required by project needs. * Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions meeting legal requirements from various agencies, such as municipal governments, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, and Environmental agencies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in approvals and licensing. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering. * Dynamic, proactive professionals with excellent communication skills. * Availability for travel and site visits. * Team-oriented mindset and ability to develop strategic solutions.
