




Job Summary: The Project Analyst will focus on monitoring and controlling operational activities related to the installation and activation of ATMs (automated teller machines), developing and monitoring key performance indicators. In this role, you will serve as a Project Analyst focused on monitoring and controlling operational activities related to ATM installation and activation, ensuring achievement of established targets, adherence to schedules, and continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring performance indicators, consolidating strategic information, and supporting delivery management with internal departments and clients. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, plan, and distribute ATMs to regional warehouses, ensuring monthly activation targets are met. * Update and disseminate departmental indicators. * Develop and disseminate schedule tracking reports. * Maintain relationships with internal and external clients through participation in follow-up meetings. * Monitor planning conducted with execution departments to ensure expected deadlines and quality are achieved, avoiding impact on overall planning. * Ensure planning occurs within scheduled dates. * Formalize meeting minutes via e\-mail. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree **completed** in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in planning, operational control, logistics, industrial maintenance, or production. * Experience with performance indicators, schedules, and managerial reports. * Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, dynamic charts, formulas, and data consolidation). * Intermediate/Advanced Power BI (report and indicator development). * Knowledge of logistical and/or operational processes. * Ability to analyze and track deadlines, goals, and deliverables. * Ability to lead meetings with various internal teams. Desirable Differentiators: * Experience in field operations or equipment deployment (e.g., ATMs, POS systems, telecommunications, etc.). * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Planner, etc.). * Basic knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean). **Additional Information:** * Compensation: BRL 6,053.84 CLT \+ medical and dental insurance, meal allowance (VR), transportation allowance (VT), and life insurance; * Work model: Hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite. * Location: Barra Funda. * Temporary contract for 6 months, potentially extendable or converted to permanent employment.
