Robotic Process Automation (RPA). **What We’re Looking For?** We seek an organized, proactive, and strong communicator Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst who actively manages recruitment processes, supports talent attraction and selection, and ensures a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This person will play a key role in executing R&S routines, operating with greater autonomy in operational stages while providing consultative support to leadership—always under HR team guidance. **Key Responsibilities** Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for junior- and mid-level complexity roles; Align job profiles with hiring managers, supporting requirement definition and job posting; Conduct resume screening according to position criteria; Contact candidates (scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and process alignment); Schedule interviews and monitor recruitment process stages; Update and maintain recruitment tracking tools, spreadsheets, and systems (ATS/CRM); Post jobs on platforms, social media, and other talent attraction channels; Support talent pool organization and updates; Collect post-interview feedback from hiring managers and assist in candidate debriefings; Contribute to continuous improvement of R&S processes and candidate experience. * **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with competency-based interviews; Recruitment experience for administrative, operational, or technology roles; Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Gupy, Kenoby, Vagas, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, Avature, etc.); Basic or intermediate English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies** Proactivity and accountability; Strong time management and organizational skills; Empathy and focus on candidate experience; Ability to collaborate effectively in teams; Openness to learning and receiving feedback; Ethical conduct and confidentiality.
