Job Summary: Support and evolve the cloud environment by implementing improvements, supporting projects, and ensuring availability, security, performance, and cost optimization of cloud services. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy to implement improvements and optimize cloud costs 2. Manage and evolve cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 3. Focus on security, governance, and infrastructure-as-code optimization Support and evolve the cloud environment with autonomy to implement improvements, support projects, and ensure availability, security, performance, and cost optimization of cloud services, following best practices and governance standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and evolve cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring stability, scalability, and security * Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources (compute, networking, storage, managed databases, load balancers, etc.) * Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep), with version control and standardized practices * Perform monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, alerts), conduct troubleshooting, and resolve medium-complexity incidents * Support security through IAM/RBAC, policies, encryption, environment segregation, and hardening practices * Conduct cost optimization analyses and actions (FinOps), proposing adjustments to sizing, reserved instances, and consumption improvements * Support DevOps/Development teams in pipelines, deployments, cloud-native best practices, and release support * Ensure governance: landing zones, tagging, network/account standards, documentation, and change controls * Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures * Participate in service migration/evolution projects and propose continuous improvements Technical Requirements * Solid experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a corporate environment * Cloud networking: VPC/VNet, subnets, DNS, VPN, NAT, security groups/NSG, load balancing, and routing * Linux and/or Windows Server administration, focused on troubleshooting and automation * Observability: monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch/Azure Monitor/Cloud Logging or equivalents) * Cloud security: IAM/RBAC, policies, key management (KMS/Key Vault), encryption, and best practices * Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform (preferred) and Git practices (branching, PRs, code reviews) * Automation via scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) * Solid understanding of containers (Docker); Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) is a plus Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) * Knowledge of SRE/ITIL (incidents, problems, changes) * Experience with architectural patterns and managed services (messaging, caching, databases) * Cloud certifications (AZ-104, AWS SAA, ACE) or ongoing certification tracks Behavioral Competencies * Autonomy with accountability and strong prioritization skills * Analytical mindset with solution-oriented focus * Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams * Proactivity in proposing improvements and reducing incident recurrence * Organization and discipline in documentation and adherence to standards Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
