**Location:** Duque de Caxias **Activities and responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities, comply with and monitor SLAs; * Manage schedules, complete checklists, resolve failures, and coordinate with other departments; * Control the use of PPEs and conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue); * Train teams, provide feedback, and implement improvements; * Prepare management reports and propose significant solutions. * Plan and organize operational routines; * Manage the use of resources, equipment, and personnel; * Monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, lead time, productivity, costs, rework, MTTR); * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR‑11, NR‑12, NR‑35). Technical Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Logistics) or related fields. * Experience with systems such as WMS, ERP, and advanced Office suite is valued. * Experience implementing methodologies and controlling indicators. * Solid experience in the logistics sector and in this role. **We offer:** * R$ 3.045,00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance: R$ 30.02/day * Gympass
