We seek a candidate with **strong technical expertise in corporate and tax accounting, experience in complex consolidation environments, and leadership capabilities to develop teams and improve processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the **accounting** and **tax** teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous team growth. * Supervise the consolidation of the group’s corporate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards. * Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and uniformity of accounting practices across group companies. * Conduct advanced analysis of the company’s and its subsidiaries’ corporate financial statements, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to support strategic decisions. * Ensure accurate tax calculation and timely submission of ancillary tax obligations, as well as proper utilization of tax credits. * Identify and drive tax planning initiatives, evaluating optimization opportunities for portfolio companies. * Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring responsive support to their requests and efficient resolution of findings. * Actively participate in corporate capital structure initiatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. * Support and advise partner areas such as FP\&A, Finance, and Investor Relations, ensuring consistency of accounting information used in decision-making. * Contribute to system and process improvement projects for accounting, tax, and management areas, collaborating with IT and FP\&A. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, with active registration at the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). * Advanced English proficiency for reading and writing (oral communication is a plus). * Prior leadership experience in accounting and tax areas. * Proven experience in accounting consolidation processes within multi-company structures. * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred). * Prior experience in the real estate sector. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. **Additional Information** Hiring is under the CLT regime.
