São Paulo Brazil Other **Job Description \- External Recruitment** Cross-functionally manage the Planning Directorate’s strategic initiatives, collaborating with commercial, operational, information technology, market intelligence, and logistics teams. Responsible for leading optimization projects, process transformation, indicator governance, and development of integrated solutions—enhancing operational efficiency, supporting decision-making, and generating business value. **Responsibilities:*** Lead the Planning Directorate’s strategic agenda for optimization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment between business areas and corporate objectives; * Manage projects involving simulation, route planning, process modeling, and process review, ensuring implementation, performance tracking, and capture of operational and financial gains; * Serve as the primary liaison among Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Operations, Trading, Origination, Market Intelligence, and Finance teams, promoting integration and a systemic view of the value chain; * Develop and disseminate methodologies, analytical tools, and decision-making models to support the company’s strategic, tactical, and operational levels; * Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives, evaluating and implementing new technologies, systems, and optimization tools applicable to the supply chain and internal market and export processes; * Ensure the development, governance, and monitoring of operational, commercial, and financial indicators, guaranteeing visibility, data reliability, and business management support; * Support short-, medium-, and long-term strategy definition through scenario analysis, financial simulations, and risk assessments, considering market, operational, and supply chain variables; * Foster and strengthen a data-driven, performance-oriented, and continuously improving culture, encouraging the use of analytical insights in decision-making; * Manage multidisciplinary projects and drive organizational change processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sustainability of implemented initiatives. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA; * Advanced English; * Intermediate Spanish; * Advanced Excel; * Power BI; * Knowledge of optimization and analytics tools; * Experience in people management. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in agribusiness, trading, or logistics operations; * Experience in digital transformation and analytics projects; * Knowledge of optimization tools and mathematical modeling; * Experience in highly complex operational environments. **\#IncluindoVocê** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
