Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and reviewing technical drawings, performing complex calculations, and ensuring compliance with standards in pressure vessel design projects. Technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and inspection of equipment **Design Engineer** **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday** **Benefits:** Medical and dental insurance \- Transportation allowance (VT) \- Pharmacy benefits \- Life insurance \- Basic food basket \- On-site meals Salary range: R$ 5\.200,00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and review technical drawings for pressure vessels (dimensional, sectional, assembly, welding, etc.); * Perform thickness, design pressure, stress, and life expectancy calculations per ASME Section VIII Division 1 and/or 2, TEMA, API, and other applicable codes; * Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement and manufacturing; * Validate designs for compliance with NR\-13 and other applicable regulations; * Provide technical support and supervision during equipment manufacturing, assembly, and inspection; * Collaborate with mechanical engineers, designers, suppliers, and clients to define technical scope; * Use software tools (AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Inventor, etc.) and calculation software such as Compress or similar; * Participate in technical analyses, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Education Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or Mechanical Engineering (a bachelor’s degree is a plus); * **Requirements:** * Basic proficiency in Inventor; * Familiarity with ASME and TEMA standards + Knowledge of pressure vessels and heat exchangers * Familiarity with refrigeration equipment such as condensers, evaporators, suction accumulators, and liquid receivers Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
