You can learn more about how we process your personal data by reviewing our Privacy Policy at https://faoliva.com.br/politicadeprivacidade/index.html **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **What will you do here?** * Plan and supervise construction projects using Lean Construction methodology * Research new technologies and solutions to improve productivity, costs, and processes, implementing improvements on-site * Monitor on-site activities, conduct time measurements for task execution, and coordinate work fronts according to the planned cycle * Assist in cost analysis and prepare productivity surveys for documentation and support in future planning * Support construction planning and contribute to identifying and removing constraints to ensure execution as scheduled * Monitor **performance indicators** related to project progress; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What do we expect from you?** **Education:** * Completed High School; technical education in Building Construction is a plus. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** and/or **Production Engineering** is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite (with strong Excel proficiency); * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD and Revit**; **Skills we value:** * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Curiosity * Teamwork * Logical reasoning and attention to detail **Additional Information** **Why join F A Oliva?** Here, we believe that **people are the foundation of our success**.
