Here, the Human Development and Organizational (DHO) team is not a support function—it actively participates in the company’s strategic decisions. **Key responsibilities** * Lead strategic Human Resources projects focused on Organizational Development; * Serve as a technical reference for **Human Development and Organizational (DHO), Culture, and Leadership Development** initiatives; * Design and manage leadership development programs, proposing methodologies and tools for managerial growth; * Lead the implementation and management of the **Performance Evaluation** cycle; * Administer, analyze, and implement action plans derived from the **Organizational Climate Survey**; * Design and manage the corporate training and development curriculum; * Provide consultative support to leaders, assisting with people management decisions; * Define Training & Development policies, practices, and procedures; * Support the HR Coordination team on strategic topics and innovative solutions; * Act as guardian and multiplier of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **Human Development and Organizational (DHO) / Training & Development (T&D) / Organizational Culture**; * Practical experience with: * Training and Development programs; * Climate surveys; * Performance evaluations; * Leadership development; * Experience leading HR projects; * Consultative profile and influence with leadership teams; * Analytical capability to interpret people-related metrics; * Organization, autonomy, and strategic vision; * Strong communication and group facilitation skills. **Advantages** * Experience in logistics, retail, or decentralized operations companies; * Experience implementing or structuring a DHO function; * Experience managing organizational culture; * Knowledge of corporate learning methodologies and continuing education. **Advantages** * An evolving environment offering real space for innovation; * Freedom to propose new ideas, build projects, and leave a legacy; * Proximity to strategic decision-making; * Opportunity to directly impact the evolution of Dominalog’s culture. **Work schedule** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: until 5:00 PM. **What we offer** **Meal/ Food Allowance:** BRL 35.00 per day (20% payroll deduction) **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (with or without payroll deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** BRL 1,500.00/year (paid in two installments—in September and March, prorated) **Birthday Day Off:** one paid day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months of employment **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit, available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, starting after 3 months **Longevity Bonus:** awarded after 2 years of employment **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
