In PwC’s digital marketing team, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimizing website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies. ### **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields (completed or in progress). ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience managing corporate social media accounts; * Excellent written communication and storytelling skills; * Experience in social media monitoring and crisis management; * Knowledge of digital trends, content formats, and social media platforms; * Organized profile with strong multitasking capabilities; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and attention to detail; * Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics is preferred. ### **Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):** * Plan, create, review, and manage content for PwC Brazil's social media channels; * Continuously monitor social media to ensure audience interaction and promptly identify potential crises; * Research digital trends and propose new content formats and approaches; * Produce the weekly internal newsletter, linking key social media highlights to partners’ initiatives and positioning; * Collaborate with the design team on briefings, alignment, and creative deliverable tracking; * Support execution of digital events and online broadcasts; * Cover in-person events (real-time and post-event content production); * Assist in curating and producing strategic institutional content.
