Join our team at Panasonic! **Your Responsibilities:** * Evaluate legal, fiscal, and operational impacts arising from Tax Reform, contributing to process and system alignment with new requirements; * Conduct strategic tax planning analyses aimed at identifying tax opportunities, special regimes, implementation of new businesses, and fulfillment of indirect tax obligations (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IPI); * Develop internal studies related to tax impacts of new business models proposed by company departments; * Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation and jurisprudence to identify relevant changes, risks, and opportunities, and perform tax parameterization; * Collaborate with Legal, Controller, Operations, and Technology departments to ensure correct implementation of tax changes; * Establish appropriate tax treatment for various company operations, considering the incidence of indirect taxes on importation, manufacturing, commercialization, and other activities; * Map, measure, and monitor organizational tax risks, contributing to the development and execution of action plans jointly with involved departments for risk mitigation or elimination; * Perform complex tax calculations, including pricing formation, and critically and strategically review tax assessments and declarations; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Experience in indirect taxes and tax planning. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred) * Advanced Office suite proficiency * Participation in or leadership of tax projects, especially those focused on new business implementation and indirect tax compliance alignment. * Familiarity with complex tax calculations, pricing formation, and critical review of assessments and ancillary obligations related to indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and IPI).
